My name is Jack Mosher.  I had the incredible experience of serving in the United States Army for nearly 30 years.  Upon my retirement, I learned some important lessons about transitions, resilience and how to live a balanced, healthy life after my service.  It wasn't always easy, so I have dedicated this journal to perhaps shed light on the pathways of my fellow veterans as they negotiate this period of great personal change.
